Request Transcript Form

To access transcripts, please visit and create an account if you haven’t already. Once logged in, navigate to the “Order” or “Request Transcript” section. Follow the prompts to search for your school and select the transcript type you need (official or unofficial). Provide necessary details such as your personal information, the recipient’s information, and any specific instructions. Finally, complete the payment process if applicable, and submit your request. You can typically track the status of your order through your Parchment account.
