Solidifying our commitment to caring for our educators!
We are thrilled to share some exciting news happening in Nashville! As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our hardworking educators and their families, RePublic Schools is proud to announce the arrival of Little Wonders Early Learning Center at Nashville Prep! This partnership marks a significant step in our journey to enhance the overall well-being of our dedicated educators. We are sure this will contribute to the thriving community within Davidson County.
A Center for Excellence in Early Education
Little Wonders Early Learning Center is more than just a childcare facility – a center dedicated to delivering high-quality, child-centered early education and care. Their goal is to provide a nurturing environment where the children of Davidson County’s educators can learn, grow, and flourish.
Benefits Tailored for You
We understand the unique needs of educators, and that’s why we’re excited to offer a range of exclusive benefits to our community and especially those who teach:
- Priority Enrollment: RePublic educators will receive priority enrollment, ensuring that their children have access to the exceptional care and education provided by Little Wonders. RePublic subsidizes costs by paying $2,500 for children enrolled to offset costs for employees.
- Lower Tuition Rates: Little Wonders recognizes the financial demands placed on all educators, and are delighted to offer lower tuition rates as part of this partnership, making quality early education more accessible.
- 11-Month Care and Payment Option: Little Wonders operates on an 11-month schedule, providing continuity of care throughout the year. Additionally, they offer a convenient 11-month payment option to ease the financial burden on educators.
- Peace of Mind: Knowing that your child is in a safe, enriching environment allows you to focus on your work with confidence. Little Wonders provides the peace of mind that comes with knowing your child is receiving the best care possible.
Why Little Wonders?
Our partnership with Little Wonders is an extension of our ongoing efforts to enhance the benefits package for RePublic educators. Over the past three years, we have expanded our offerings to include better quality healthcare, family forming benefits, and now, childcare in Nashville. We believe in supporting the holistic well-being of our educators and their families, aligning with our core values of love, achievement, and anti-racism.
A Collaborative Effort
This exciting initiative is made possible through the collaboration of LEAD, Rocketship, STEM Prep, and RePublic Schools. Little Wonders made its debut at STEM Prep in 2022. We are thrilled to bring this opportunity to Nashville Prep as the second site.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Little Wonders staff, particularly Zarabeth Davis, the center’s director. Additionally, we would like to express our appreciation to Angela Goddard, the Executive Director of the Joe C. Davis Foundation, for her instrumental role in making this partnership a reality.’
As we continue to grow and evolve, RePublic Schools remains dedicated to providing unparalleled support to our educators. Little Wonders is a testament to our commitment to creating a thriving and supportive community for all.
Thank you for being an essential part of the RePublic Schools family. We look forward to seeing the positive impact of Little Wonders on the lives of our educators and their families.
