For the second time in a row, our RePublic middle schools have received charter renewals to remain open and serve families and children in Jackson, Mississippi! This year, both schools received a renewal for the highest term possible: a full five years! This demonstrates our organization’s health as we honor our commitment to families by providing a high-quality option for their children.
The renewal process allows charter schools to prove that they are a high-quality option for families on an ongoing basis. We appreciate the trust that the Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board has placed in us, and we look forward to continuing our service to scholars and families in Jackson for another full term.
Congratulations to both Reimagine Prep and Smilow Prep! Both schools earned a five-year full term with no conditions for renewal with the Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board.
